Pre-cooked artisan bases of real Pinsa Romana are made using a mix of natural products and flours left to rise for 72 hours before baking. Perfect to be topped as you want!

It takes 5 minutes to finish cooking.

Ideal for pizzerias, breweries, restaurants, bars, hotels, food shops, and supermarkets.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Rice flour, fava bean flour, Dried wheat sourdough (whole wheat flour, water, yeast), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate). Allergens: Wheat (gluten), soy.
