Our Pinsa Lab
…is a laboratory of precooked artisan bases of Pinsa Romana that we produce and pack manually for your business.
Our Pinsa Romana is the result of years of experimenting and testing. We produce Pinsa’s for restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets.
We use only natural ingredients, simple and of the highest quality, for products that are easy to manage, to be topped as you prefer and which allows you to eliminate processing times and cost.
Our pre-cooked bases are a 100% fresh, fragrant and are an artisan solution, ideal for pizzerias, breweries, restaurants, bars, hotels, food shops, and supermarkets.
Our lab is located in Ottawa, Ontario, a strategic place to easily serve both Ontario and Quebec.
THE REAL PINSA
All our Pinsa’s are made using a mix of selected flours: Wheat flour, Water, Rice flour, fava bean flour, Dried wheat sourdough (whole wheat flour, water, yeast), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate) and left to rise for 72 hours. It is highly digestible and vegan, with less gluten and calories.
Each base is smoothed by hand in an oval shape by our Pinsaioli following the artisan tradition process that creates the real Pinsa Romana for a highly digestible, tasty and fragrant product.
We only use certified raw materials that respect the production protocol.
