1
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
125g
Prosciutto Crudo, slices
4-6
1-2 handfuls of Fresh Arugula
Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
Balsamic Glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F) or the highest temperature it can handle. Use a pizza stone if available for a crispier crust.
- Add Mozzarella: Place slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over the Pinsa crust.
- Bake: Bake the Pinsa in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden and crisp.
- Add Prosciutto & Arugula: Once the Pinsa is out of the oven, immediately layer the prosciutto slices over the melted cheese. Top with fresh arugula leaves for a peppery bite.
- Finish with Parmesan and Balsamic: Add shavings of Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Finally, add a light drizzle of olive oil for extra flavor.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm for a perfect balance of salty prosciutto, fresh greens, and creamy cheese.
